Sole Agency 1.5% + vat for a marketing period of 16 weeks
Sole Agency 1.8% + vat for a marketing period of 10 weeks
Multiple Agency maximum one other agent 2% + Vat
Multiple Agency with more than one other agent 2.5% + Vat
Probate Valuations £250 + vat
(If we are instructed to market the property and we successfully sell it, then this fee will be deducted from our sales commission)
Market Appraisal £150 + vat
Additional Fees
Gas Safety Certificates £80 + vat
EPC £70 + vat
